Cranberry-Macadamia-Smoothie

Have you ever tried nuts in your smoothie bowl? That's the trick for a really creamy consistency! The mild macadamia seeds in particular add that little something extra. Together with the slightly sour cranberries and a few spices, this makes for a deluxe taste experience. And our good friends, the dates, provide the extra sweetness. Ready for the cranberry and macadamia smoothie bowl?

2 frozen bananas
100 g Frozen raspberries
3 Dates
20 freeze-dried cranberries
10 Macadamiakerne
150 ml Oat drink
0.5 Tsp. Cinnamon
0.25 Tsp. Cardamom powder
0.25 Tsp. Nutmeg, ground
0 as necessary Bourbon-Vanille
0 to taste Fresh fruit (as a topping)
0 to taste Cranberries (als Topping)
0 to taste Puffed quinoa (as a topping)
0 to taste Macadamiakerne (as Topping)

    First, cut the cranberries into quarters and soak them in the oat drink for about 30 minutes.

    Then put the macadamia seeds in a blender and grind them for 1-2 minutes.

    Now add the bananas, raspberries, dates, soaked cranberries and oat drink and mix all the ingredients for another minute.

    Now you can add spices and blend again until the smoothie has a creamy consistency.

    Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with fresh fruit, nuts and puffed quinoa. Enjoy!
