Who the nut is KoRo?

Incredible snacks for everyone! Whether you order online and get them delivered to your door or pick them up at your local supermarket – at KoRo, we want people to enjoy our products anytime, anywhere.

Our small start-up, founded over 10 years ago in Berlin Mitte, has now grown into a scale-up in Berlin-Schöneberg – with our own office and even a rooftop terrace. Today, we offer more than 1,000 products in our shop and deliver to 14 European countries

And we’re not done yet – our goal is for every foodie to know who we are!

About us

We bring tasty snacks and much more to the door of our customers – as transparently as possible: this is our goal. 

More than 300 people are working on this, around 1500 products are available in our online store, and 17 countries are supplied with our delicious food.

Who the nut is KoRo?

Our Team

The KoRo team includes over 300 people. Most of us work from our Berlin HQ, but many also work remotely. You’ll find us in meetings, at photo shoots, at trade fairs – and of course behind our laptops. No matter where we’re working, snacks are always close by.

What never changes? Our fast-paced environment, laid-back team culture, hands-on attitude, and drive to create innovative new foods.
Our team is a mix of fresh talent, ambitious career starters, and experienced experts. Everyone’s friendly and open – whether it’s collaborating on a project, grabbing a coffee and sharing a snack, or enjoying lunch on the rooftop terrace.

FAQ

Your CV is essential. No need for a photo (unless you’d like to include one). Extra documents like cover letters or certificates depend on the job posting. If we need anything else, we’ll reach out.

Our Talent Acquisition Team reviews your application together with the relevant department. If you’re not selected, your documents will be deleted in line with data protection regulations within six months. Want them deleted sooner? Just email us at recruiting@korodrogerie.de.

Once you’ve submitted your application through our careers page, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. We usually get back to you within 10 days.

Voluntary internships typically last three months. Mandatory student internships may last longer, depending on your university’s requirements. Please note in your application whether it’s voluntary or mandatory.

Writing a thesis with us depends on the capacity of the relevant team. Send a short email with your idea before applying: recruiting@korodrogerie.de. Please note: KoRo is not currently available as a dual study partner.

All open positions are listed on our careers page. If nothing fits, you can submit an open application via the “Unsolicited Application (m/f/d)” listing. Be sure to tell us in your cover letter about your skills, goals, and how you could contribute to the team.

We’re at Hauptstraße 26, 10827 Berlin-Schöneberg. The entrance is in the second courtyard – ring the bell at our reception on the left. Unless otherwise agreed, just let the front desk know who you’re visiting, and they’ll help you out. We look forward to seeing you!
