Vegan chocolate mousse

Ever heard of aquafaba? The water from canned chickpeas can be whipped and used just like beaten egg whites. You don't think so? Then try this chocolate mousse. The fluffy result will absolutely blow you away!

45 g agave syrup
160 ml Chickpea water
1 Tsp. Vanilla
35 g Cocoa powder
35 g Coconut oil
  • Step 1/4

    Mix the coconut oil, cocoa powder, agave syrup and vanilla in a bowl and let it cool.

  • Step 2/4

    Whip the chickpea water for several minutes until stiff (like beaten egg whites).

  • Step 3/4

    Gently mix the cooled chocolate with the chickpea water.

  • Step 4/4

    Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The longer, the fluffier.
