Vegan chocolate mousse

45 agave syrup
160 ml Chickpea water
1 Tsp. Vanilla
35 Cocoa powder
35 Coconut oil
  • Step 1/4

    Mix the coconut oil, cocoa powder, agave syrup and vanilla in a bowl and let it cool.

  • Step 2/4

    Whip the chickpea water for several minutes until stiff (like beaten egg whites).

  • Step 3/4

    Gently mix the cooled chocolate with the chickpea water.

  • Step 4/4

    Put the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour. The longer, the fluffier.
