Vegan eggs easy to prepare.

1 Tsp. Turmeric
150 Water
10 Mustard
50 Soy yogurt
200 boiled potatoes
17 Yeast flakes
1 Pinch Kala Namak
8 Agar-Agar
1 Pinch Salt
  • Step 1/5

    for the egg whites, puree the tofu together with water, agar-agar, half of the yeast flakes and a pinch of salt. Heat the mixture in a saucepan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  • Step 2/5

    Pour the mixture into egg ramekins (e.g. plastic eggs cut in half) and leave to cool.

  • Step 3/5

    Blend the remaining ingredients for the egg yolks. Remove the cooled egg whites from the mold and cut out a small circle.

  • Step 4/5

    Form the "egg yolk mixture" into small balls and fill them into the cavities and press them down.

  • Step 5/5

    Optionally, give the yolk texture with a fork and the vegan eggs are ready.
