What makes it special is the combination of 15% hazelnuts (as a paste and in pieces) and dark chocolate chips, which provide an intense flavour without being too sweet. We’ve also made sure the texture is crumbly enough for dipping, yet the biscuit remains firm and doesn’t sink straight into your coffee.
