Whether for breakfast, dessert or as a meal for in between: Smoothies are true all-rounders. Here we present you a creamy mixture of fresh berries and peanuts.

2 UNIT Dates
150 g Strawberries
140 ml Plant puree or milk
3 tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
2 Tsp. Psyllium husks
3 tbsp. Peanut kernels
2 frozen Bananas
  • Step 1/2

    Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.

  • Step 2/2

    Serve smoothie in a bowl and decorate with fruits, (coconut) yogurt and nuts of your choice.
