Carrot in cake is no longer an insider tip - but that's no reason not to bake this juicy combination!

120 Applesauce
100 Coconut oil
1 Pinch Salt
240 ml Plant drink
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 UNIT Carrots
1 Tsp. Apple cider vinegar
1 point of a knife Vanilla
170 Coconut Blood Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking powder
240 Spelt flour
120 Oatmeal
  • Step 1/3

    Mix all dry ingredients.

  • Step 2/3

    Grate carrots and mix into dry ingredients with other liquid ingredients.

  • Step 3/3

    Pour into a swept loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
