Carrot Cake Porridge

Vegan porridge with carrots, oatmeal and coconut milk

1 Pinch Salt
15 g Vanilla protein powder
50 g Yogurt
200 ml Plant drink
50 g Oatmeal
50 g Low-fat curd cheese
1 UNIT Carrot
  • Step 1/4

    Finely grate the carrots and bring to the boil with the oat flakes and vegetable drink and simmer for 5 min.

  • Step 2/4

    Once the porridge has thickened, turn off the heat and add salt and low-fat curd.

  • Step 3/4

    Finally, stir in the protein powder and top with the yogurt.

  • Step 4/4

    If necessary, sweeten with a little honey.
