                                        This sweet bread combines the heavenly combination of banana and chocolate. Nothing more needs to be said, except perhaps that peanut butter blends in seamlessly as a topping.

Mix flour, rice protein, starch, baking powder, salt, cocoa, vanilla powder and sugar.

Mash 2 ripe bananas and add to the flour mixture with the almond milk and oil and mix.

Pour the batter into a greased/lined loaf pan and fold in the chocolate drops.

Then bake at 175°C top/bottom heat for about 40 minutes.
