Chocolate-Carrot-Porridge

Carrots for breakfast and with chocolate? Yes, you can! Get ready for your favorite porridge.

1 tbsp. Cashew butter
1 Tsp. Honey
1 Units Carrot
1 Tsp. Kakaonibs
300 ml Water
1 Units Banana
1 Pinch Cinnamon
60 g Oatmeal
  • Step 1/4

    Freely grate the carrot.

  • Step 2/4

    Boil the oatmeal with the carrot in the water in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Mix in honey and cinnamon.

  • Step 3/4

    If necessary, add a little more water. Pour porridge into a bowl.

  • Step 4/4

    Top with banana, cashew puree and the cacao nibs.
