Date cream cheese spread

Whether on bread, rolls or baguettes, this sweet and creamy spread always works well.

200 g dried dates
50 g Walnuts, coarsely chopped
250 g Cream cheese
1 Units Garlic cloves
  • Step 1/4

    First seed the dates and peel the garlic.

  • Step 2/4

    Now put in a blender and whisk.

  • Step 3/4

    Then add the nuts and cream cheese and mix until the desired consistency.

  • Step 4/4

    Small tip: The dip keeps without problems 3-4 days in the refrigerator and tastes even better after soaking.
