Fluffy breakfast cake

Cake for breakfast? Definitely! The fluffy light consistency and the fruity berries will make this breakfast your new favorite.

15 Almond or cashew puree
1 tbsp. Coconut blossom sugar
6 Baking powder
1 Ei
1 fresh berries
20 Lupine flour
1 Chocolate drops
60 Oatmeal
50 ml Milk
150 Almond yogurt
  • Step 1/9

    Preheat the oven to 180Β°C top/bottom heat.

  • Step 2/9

    Mix all wet ingredients together.

  • Step 3/9

    Add lupine flour and let the dough swell a little.

  • Step 4/9

    Add dry ingredients.

  • Step 5/9

    Pour the dough into a mold lined with baking paper.

  • Step 6/9

    Spread berries on top of the cake.

  • Step 7/9

    Bake cake for about 30-35 minutes.

  • Step 8/9

    Let cake cool for a few minutes.

  • Step 9/9

    Remove cake from the mold.
