Mango matcha latte

Green matcha meets sun-yellow mango — our matcha latte brings colour to your glass and feels like fruity pleasure. Prepare the trendy drink at home with just a few ingredients!

2 heaped tbs. Mango purée
2 Tsp. Organic Yujin matcha
1 Organic agave syrup (optional)
60 ml Hot water (around 80°C, not boiling)
150 ml Cold plant drink
4 Pieces Ice cubes

    Mix the matcha with hot water (preferably with a whisk or milk frother) until it is smooth, without lumps and a light foam forms. If you like it sweeter, add a little agave syrup.

    This is where it all comes together: add 2–3 tablespoons of mango purée to your glass. Then add a few ice cubes. Slowly pour the cold plant-based drink over the purée. Finally, top with the matcha – and you're done! Enjoy your homemade matcha mango latte!
