                                        The perfect cake for all non-baking fitness gurus.

                    Step 1/8
                                                                                                                            Place puffed spelt and erythritol in a pan and wait for the erythritol to melt.

                                                                                                                            Melt the chocolate.

                                                                                                                            Mix the spelt with the chocolate and pour into an 18 cm springform pan.

                                                                                                                            Put gelatin with 200 ml of water in a pot and let it swell for 10 minutes.

                                                                                                                            Gently heat gelatin until melted.

                                                                                                                            Add the curd, erythritol and honey and spread the curd mixture on the cake base.

                                                                                                                            Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
