Granola should not be missing in your breakfast? Not for us either. That's why we're presenting you with a nutty version that you can easily make yourself. The crunchy crumbs look great in muesli, as a topping on your smoothie bowl or you can simply snack on them on their own.

Coarsely chop the blanched peanut kernels.

Mix oats, buckwheat, crushed peanuts, salt and vanilla in a bowl.

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan, mix with 4 tablespoons of maple syrup and the peanut butter and add to the bowl.

Mix everything well and then pour into a pan.

Roast in the pan over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes, always stirring well so that nothing burns.
