Looking for a green smoothie that fits into your morning routine without taking up much time? Throw celery, spinach, and parsley into the blender along with some wheatgrass powder. The drink is ready in under five minutes and has a pleasant, tart flavor. Just blend briefly and drink right away. Cheers to high fiber!

2 Sticks Celery
4 Units large spinach leaves
0.5 cups Petersilie
2 Tsp. Wheatgrass powder
100 ml Water
  • Step 1/2

    Wash the celery, spinach leaves and parsley thoroughly.

  • Step 2/2

    Puree all the ingredients in a blender.
