For the chocolate version, gently melt the vegan white chocolate with the coconut oil. Alternatively, for the yoghurt version, stir the vegan yoghurt with agave syrup and a pinch of vanilla until creamy and smooth.

Use a spoon to place small ‘fried egg’ shapes (egg whites) on a piece of baking paper – either from the melted chocolate or the yoghurt mixture.

Place one freeze-dried physalis half in the centre of each as the ‘egg yolk’.

Place the chocolate physalis fried eggs in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Place the yoghurt version in the freezer for approx. 1 hour until firm.
