1 handful Organic physalis, puffed
1 some White chocolate, vegan
0.5 Tsp. Coconut oil
4 tbsp. Yogurt (vegan)
1 tbsp. Agave syrup
1 Pinch Vanilla
  • Step 1/4

For the chocolate version, gently melt the vegan white chocolate with the coconut oil. Alternatively, for the yoghurt version, stir the vegan yoghurt with agave syrup and a pinch of vanilla until creamy and smooth.

  • Step 2/4

Use a spoon to place small ‘fried egg’ shapes (egg whites) on a piece of baking paper – either from the melted chocolate or the yoghurt mixture.

  • Step 3/4

Place one freeze-dried physalis half in the centre of each as the ‘egg yolk’.

  • Step 4/4

Place the chocolate physalis fried eggs in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Place the yoghurt version in the freezer for approx. 1 hour until firm.

Then remove, serve and enjoy. Easter fun guaranteed!
