Vegan berry yogurt

This delicious breakfast is quick and easy to prepare and also tastes fruity-fresh!

2 tbsp. Coconut flakes
1 Tsp. Feeding power
150 g Soy yogurt
2 handful Frozen berries
  • Step 1/2

    Place the frozen berries in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water and defrost over medium heat. When they start to simmer slightly, stir in the cornstarch. Then reduce heat.

  • Step 2/2

    Put half of the yogurt in a glass, top with half of the berries with the juice created in the pot. Add a tablespoon of coconut flakes on top. Repeat the process so that the yogurt, berries and coconut flakes are alternately layered in the glass.
