We're turning your Easter breakfast upside down: vegan feta becomes Veta – and jumps straight out of its Easter mould onto your crunchy toast as a little highlight. Rounded off with nutty tahini, fruity tomatoes and a dash of olive oil. This is our hearty answer to the Easter bunny – an absolute eye-catcher for the whole family! Here you'll find everything you need:

60 g vegan veta mix
2 slices of bread of choice
3 Tsp. tahini
3 UNIT cherry tomatoes
2 Tsp. olive oil
1 Pinch salt
1 Pinch pepper
  • Step 1/5

    Prepare the veta mix according to the package instructions.

  • Step 2/5

    Pour the veta mixture into the silicone molds and place them into the freezer overnight.

  • Step 3/5

    Toast favorite slice of bread and add some tahini as a base.

  • Step 4/5

    Wash and cut your cherry tomatoes and assemble on the bread.

  • Step 5/5

    Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and black pepper to taste and enjoy.
