Winter curry

This recipe is an easy and quick way to prepare a delicious vegetable curry that will keep you warm during the winter season.

2 UNIT Chili
1 UNIT Onion
2 UNIT Garlic clove
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Turmeric
400 Chickpeas
1 Tsp. Mustard seed
1 Pinch Salt
1 UNIT Ginger
0.5 lump Celery
0.5 Stick Leeks
400 ml Coconutmilch
5 UNIT Carrots
1 Tsp. Garam Masala
  • Step 1/7

    Get the ingredients ready and chop everything.

  • Step 2/7

    Heat some oil in a pot and add the spices to the hot oil.

  • Step 3/7

    Then add the ginger, garlic, leek and the onion.

  • Step 4/7

    When everything is roasted, add the remaining vegetables.

  • Step 5/7

    Rinse the chickpeas and add them to the pot.

  • Step 6/7

    Add coconut milk and simmer until vegetables are al dente.

  • Step 7/7

    Season with salt or other spices as needed and serve with rice, for example.
