Which sockets are compatible with this appliance?

This product has a Schuko plug (type F) and is therefore compatible with almost all types of sockets in Europe. Attention: Sockets in Great Britain and Switzerland are not compatible with the Schuko plug (type F) we use. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service.

What do I need to consider when using the high-power blender?

We provide you with an instruction manual, which you should read thoroughly before using the blender for the first time. In addition, you should always keep the blender out of reach of children.

Does the blender have a cooking function?

No, the high-performance blender does not have a cooking function.

What is a high-performance blender?

A high-performance blender can do more than a simple household blender or smoothie maker, for example. Our high-performance food blender is designed for continuous use and - as the name suggests - high performance. This means that it will last for a long time, even with demanding ingredients.

Why are high-powered blenders better for green smoothies?

The better performance of the stand mixer means that stubborn fibers, the cellulose of vegetables and fruits, are better broken down, releasing more nutrients. So with a high-powered blender, green smoothies become a creamy affair, completely free of chunks and fibers.

How many watts does the gastromixer have?

The gastro stand mixer has a rated power of 1680 and a peak power of 2200 watts. This makes it extremely powerful and gets with its sharp blades and many revolutions any grains, beans, nuts or spices small.

What is included in the delivery?

Besides the blender, the following accessories are included in the delivery: A heat-resistant blender jar with a capacity of 2 liters, an instruction manual and a tamper or pestle with which you can blend the ingredients.

Is there a warranty on the gastro mixer?

In the package you will find a warranty card, which you should fill out upon receipt of the product. The gastromixer comes with the full warranty for 12 months. The blades have a separate assembly warranty for 3 months. The motor brushes are excluded from the warranty.

Can I also make crushed ice with the blender?

Yes! Our stand mixer can effortlessly make crushed ice by gradually adding ice cubes to the gastro mixer.

To muffle the loud mixing noises, our high-performance blender has a practical dome that you fold down during the mixing process. This makes the mixing process noticeably quieter and you don't have to worry about your ears.

Our high-performance blender has a capacity of 2 liters and can therefore be used for both large and small quantities.
