Question 1

What can I expect to find in the Advent calendar?

Accepted Answer

Our Advent calendar is about so much more than just the contents: it’s a lovingly curated experience!

In return, you’ll receive a colourful mix of 24 KoRo highlights, limited-edition Christmas products and an exclusive surprise that isn’t available anywhere else in our range – all packed in a fairy-tale book box, complete with a digital story to read aloud.

Question 2

How does the digital fairytale work?

Accepted Answer

It’s simple: just scan the QR code on the calendar and dive right in! On each of the four Sundays of Advent, as well as on Christmas Eve, the code unlocks a new chapter of our digital KoRo Christmas fairy tale. Grab your loved ones, sit back and join Fips, Rumi, Pip, Rico and Bo on their magical journey through the winter forest. The perfect story to read aloud for cosy Advent evenings!

Question 3

I got a KoRo Advent calendar last year, will it be the same?

Accepted Answer

Even if you were already one of the proud owner of a KoRo Advent calendar last year, you can look forward to a varied Advent season this year: For both the vegan KoRo Advent calendar and the Classic Advent calendar, we’ve made sure that the contents don’t completely repeat last year’s and that there’s only minimal overlap. This time, you can also look forward to exclusive limited editions and a surprise that’s never been seen before at KoRo!

Question 4

How are the calendars delivered? Can I order other products together with the calendar?

Accepted Answer

The KoRo Advent calendar is currently only available for pre-order. We’ll dispatch pre-ordered calendars as soon as possible after the official launch in October. Important to note: The Advent calendar can only be pre-ordered on its own – other products cannot be included in the same order. This ensures your calendar arrives on time and without any delays.

Question 5

For whom is the Advent calendar intended?

Accepted Answer

Our Advent calendar is designed for anyone who wants to sweeten up the run-up to Christmas and sample our diverse range of snacks – regardless of age or gender. And best of all: the included KoRo Christmas fairy tale is perfect for reading and following along with children!

Question 6

Is the Classic Advent calendar vegan?

Accepted Answer

No, most of the snacks in the Classic Advent calendar are vegetarian and many are even vegan, but one of the protein products contains animal collagen. If you’d prefer to snack entirely on plant-based options throughout Advent, our vegan Advent calendar is the perfect alternative.

Question 7

What is inside the Advent calendars?

Accepted Answer

The Classic calendar is packed with 24 varied snacks – from fruity to nutty, bestsellers to limited editions, handy sample packs right through to full-size snacks.
Inside, you’ll find nut mixes, dried fruit, bars and even protein snacks, taking you on a journey through the entire range. And if you want to know exactly what’s inside: all curious Christmas elves can find a list of the varied treats included on the Advent calendar product page (behind a spoiler warning).

Question 8

What makes these Advent calendars so special?

Accepted Answer

Our Classic Advent Calendar turns the run-up to Christmas into a little winter fairy tale! Hidden within the beautiful book-style design is a varied mix of your favourite KoRo bestsellers, limited editions and an exclusive surprise. Together with our five characters – Fips, Rumi, Pip, Rico and Bo – you’ll also journey through the run-up to Christmas: on each of the four Sundays in Advent, as well as on Christmas Eve, a new, enchanting chapter of our KoRo Christmas fairy tale awaits you to unlock via a QR code.
