At KoRo, we analyse the greenhouse gas emissions that are produced during the production of our snacks. These include, among other things, CO2, methane and nitrous oxide. Our hard-working sustainability team collects all the information to calculate a value: the so-called CO2 equivalents. What is the best way to store cracked pecans and what is the shelf life of cracked nuts?

Before you order a kilogram of pecan curd right away, you naturally want to know more about the shelf life of the nuts. If stored in a light-protected and dry place, the pecans in curd quality will last about a year after filling. But don't worry, the delicious nut pieces will be gone sooner than you think!

What is the difference between walnuts, Brazil nuts and pecans?
