What does “puffed” mean?
You might know the texture from our puffed rice bars or puffed fruits. But how does a grain turn this light and crisp? Instead of standard drying, a combination of heat and pressure is used—similar to popcorn. When the pressure is released, the natural moisture inside the grain expands rapidly, creating that airy texture. This gentle process helps preserve the wholegrain character while giving you that satisfying crunch.

Am besten lagerst Du den Mix an einem kühlen, trockenen und vor Licht geschützten Ort. So ist er in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung 12 Monate haltbar.
Na klaro! Bei unserem 5-Korn-Mix ist der Name Programm: In die Tüte kommen uns nur die fünf Getreidesorten und sonst absolut gar nichts. Da wir komplett auf tierische Zutaten und unnötige Zusätze verzichten, ist der Mix zu 100 % vegan.
Der Mix ist ein echtes Multitalent an Deinem Frühstückstisch. Er eignet sich ideal als knuspriges Topping für Joghurt, Quark und Smoothie-Bowls oder als Basis für Deine eigenen Müsli-Kreationen. Durch die luftige Konsistenz kannst Du ihn aber auch wunderbar pur als Snack genießen.
Ähnlich wie bei der Herstellung von Popcorn werden die Körner unter Einwirkung von Druck und Hitze kurzzeitig erhitzt. Durch die plötzliche Druckentlastung dehnt sich die Feuchtigkeit im Korn schlagartig aus und lässt es „aufpoppen“. So entsteht die luftige und crunchy Textur, während der Geschmack erhalten bleibt.
Unser Mix vereint das Beste aus zwei Welten: traditionelles Urgetreide wie Emmer, Dinkel, Quinoa und Hirse trifft auf modernen braunen Reis. Alle fünf Sorten sind zu gleichen Teilen enthalten, schonend gepufft und kommen ganz ohne Zuckerzusatz (enthält von Natur aus Zucker) oder andere Zusätze aus.
