Coconut-cashew balls

These little balls not only look beautiful, they are also the perfect snack for in between.

2 Tsp. Coconut
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
120 Cashew nuts
80 Coconut flakes
  • Step 1/3

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until a malleable consistency is achieved.

  • Step 2/3

    Using your hands, form and toss small balls and toss in a bowl of shredded coconut.

  • Step 3/3

    Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
