Fancy a change to your morning routine? This green smoothie bowl is vegan, gluten-free and the perfect combination of kiwi, tangy apple and sweet grapes. 0.5 UNIT avocado
1 UNIT green apple
1 UNIT green kiwi
10 UNIT red grapes
1 handful organic walnuts
1 handful spinach, fresh
2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
3 UNIT broccoli florets, frozen
1 to taste fresh ginger, grated
1 to taste parsley, fresh
4 UNIT raspberries, fresh
5 UNIT blackberries, fresh
1 to taste edible flowers, optional
1 to taste organic cocoa nibs
1 to taste white mulberries, chopped
  • Step 1/4

    First, wash, peel and chop all the fresh ingredients. Set aside the fresh berries, edible flowers, cocoa nibs and mulberries for garnishing later.

  • Step 2/4

    Place the avocado and fruit in the blender. Then add the ingredients that are harder to blend, such as the spinach and frozen broccoli, and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3/4

    Depending on the desired consistency and flavour, you can now add further ingredients or flavourings – such as matcha, mint or mango purée.

  • Step 4/4

    Spoon the mixture into a bowl, decorate with the fresh berries, cocoa nibs, mulberries and edible flowers, and enjoy straight away!
