First, wash, peel and chop all the fresh ingredients. Set aside the fresh berries, edible flowers, cocoa nibs and mulberries for garnishing later.

Place the avocado and fruit in the blender. Then add the ingredients that are harder to blend, such as the spinach and frozen broccoli, and blend until smooth.

Depending on the desired consistency and flavour, you can now add further ingredients or flavourings – such as matcha, mint or mango purée.
