You finely grind the oatmeal in a blender to a flour and put it in a bowl.

Rinse the chickpeas and put them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients.

Blend everything thoroughly.

Next, add the mixture to the bowl with the oat flour and knead.

Enjoy the finished Cookie Dough plain, together with fresh or dried fruit or nuts. Cocoa nibs and nut puree are also excellent toppings.
