Energy balls with coconut and dates

Airy, light coconut balls that will delight you at any time of year.

4 Units Dates
4 tbsp. Coconut butter
100 Grated coconut
100 ground almonds
2 tbsp. Plant drink or water
50 chopped almonds
  • Step 1/3

    Place the dates, coconut butter, coconut flakes, ground almonds and 2 tbsp of liquid (plant-based drink or water) in a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2/3

    Fold in the chopped almonds and knead well.

  • Step 3/3

    Form small balls with moistened hands and optionally roll in coconut flakes.
