KoRo Pancakes

Pancakes - everyone knows them, the fluffy dessert from the USA. Today we have for you a really delicious recipe based on oatmeal. The KoRo pancakes provide the basis for a great start to the day, are prepared quickly with only 5 basic ingredients and are delicious to melt away. Depending on your taste and diet, they can be prepared vegan without any problems. We wish good success and bon appétit!

1 UNIT ripe bananas
50 g Chocolate drops
1 cups Plant drink
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
1 cups Oatmeal
  • Step 1/5

    Process oat flakes into flour in a powerful blender. Together with the bananas and the vegetable drink, blend the oatmeal into a dough. Fold the chocolate drops into the finished mixture. If the dough is too tough, simply add a little more vegetable drink.

    Melt the coconut oil in a pan. When the pan is hot enough, gradually pour in the batter. Add about 1-2 large tablespoons of the mixture to the pan per pancake.

    Fry pancakes about 1-2 minutes per side over medium heat until golden brown.

    Gently heat the raspberries and arrange the pancakes on a plate.

    Garnish with cacao nibs, hot raspberries, fruits, berries, coconut blossom sugar and coconut chips.
