Egg, egg, egg, what am I looking at? Easter or not, these peanut butter jelly eggs with their crunchy chocolate egg shell and fruity, nutty filling are simply irresistible.

  • Step 1/3

    Melt the chocolate drops in a bain-marie and spread them up the sides of the tin.

  • Step 2/3

    Leave to harden briefly in the fridge and fill the molds with peanut butter and fruit spread.

  • Step 3/3

    Then cover thickly with melted chocolate and chill.
