                                        If you've always wanted to make your own bars, try this recipe! By the way, you can replace the pistachio jam with your favorite jam.

                                                                                                                            Heat the oven to 200°C top-bottom heat.

                                                                                                                            Heat coconut oil in a small saucepan until it is liquid.

                                                                                                                            Mash banana and dates.

                                                                                                                            Grind 6 tablespoons of oatmeal into oatmeal flour in a blender.

                                                                                                                            Mix all ingredients together.

                                                                                                                            Flatten the mixture (about 1 cm) in a small baking dish (about 20x20 cm) lined with baking paper.

                                                                                                                            Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and cut about 12 bars.
