Tahin Chocolate Chip Cookies

200 g Chocolate drops
110 g Coconut oil
55 g Mandel Drink
1 Tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
165 g Flour
1 Tsp. Baking soda
160 g Coconut blossom sugar
120 g Tahini
1 Tsp. Salt
  • Step 1/4

    Blend all wet ingredients with a blender until smooth.

  • Step 2/4

    In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients and then add to coke oil/tahini mixture.

  • Step 3/4

    Fold in chocolate pieces and place dough in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

  • Step 4/4

    Form small balls and bake for about 12-13 minutes.
