Veganer French Toast

In the morning like a king! If you want to follow this motto, you can't go wrong with our vegan French toast.

3 tbsp. Apple pulp
1 to taste Maple syrup
0.25 Tsp. Vanilla
0.25 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 to taste Mandelmus
1 Tsp. Coconut blossom sugar
1 tbsp. Chickpea flour
1 Tsp. Coconut oil
1 to taste Fresh berries
80 ml Plant drink
2 Slices (Spelt) toast
  • Step 1/4

    Combine chickpea flour, apple pulp, vegetable drink, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a shallow bowl and mix well.

  • Step 2/4

    Cut the toast diagonally and soak the slices one by one in the mixture on both sides.

  • Step 3/4

    Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the soaked toast slices in it until golden brown on both sides.

  • Step 4/4

    Serve with almond paste, fresh berries and a little maple syrup.
