In a frying pan: Oil the pan and set to medium heat (100 °C). When the oil is hot, add the product and fry for half a minute on each side. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 120 ºC (top and bottom heat + fan). Lightly oil the surface of the product and place it in the centre of the baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes
