The socas flakes are the bodybuilder in the flake family; if the flake would be human, its name would definitely be Arnold Schwarzenegger. Really high in protein, they will make you start your day with an extra energy kick and keep you satisfied for longer, thanks to their high fibre content. Socas are actually normal soy flakes whose oil has extracted; through this procedure, the protein content grows from 40 % to an unbelievable 52 %.

Yes! Unsere Soja-Flocken stammen, aus biologischer Landwirtschaft aus Deutschland.

Damit Du immer locker flockig in den Tag starten kannst, haben wir neben unseren Hafer- und Socas-Flocken auch Bio Reisflocken und Bio Dinkelflocken parat, die Du bei Bedarf noch mit einer fruchtigen Note wie Bananen-Chips, Erdbeeren oder Mango-StΓΌcken aufpeppen kannst.

Prinzipiell ist Soja von Natur aus frei von Gluten. Allerdings kann es wΓ€hrend des AbfΓΌllprozesses zu einer Kreuzkontamination mit glutenhaltigen Produkten kommen, weshalb wir unseres Socas-Flocken nicht als glutenfrei betiteln. Solltest Du an einer GlutenunvertrΓ€glichkeit oder ZΓΆliakie leiden, raten wir Dir von dem Verzehr ab.

Socas-Flocken kΓΆnnen in der ErnΓ€hrung von Sportler:innen definitiv einen Platz finden, da sie einen hohen Protein- und Ballaststoffgehalt haben. I eat very consciously for a long time and also always look to save on the "normal" carbohydrates. Then I came across these ingenious soy flakes! Incredibly the nutritional values and 1:1 like oatmeal usable! I eat them either solo or mixed with oatmeal, since these also contain many important nutrients and fiber despite increased KH share!
