When you think of seeds and grains, you probably first think of is bird food. In fact, a mixture of sesame seeds, golden and brown linseeds and sunflower seeds is a great addition to your dishes. Sprinkled with a handful of seeds, your soups, salads and bowls will not only look better, but will also be packed with extra nutrients. What is the shelf life of organic seed mix and what is the best way to store the kernels and seeds?

Before you order two kilograms of our seed mix, you naturally want to know more about the shelf life of sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds. If stored in a cool, dry place away from light, the seeds will keep for at least six months from production. But you will be surprised how quickly the bulk pack is eaten.
