We have chosen organic sunflower seeds and unrefined pumpkin seeds for the basis; then, as we wanted to take the mix to another level of crunchiness, we have thrown in some delicious roasted large beans, soybeans, and peas; edamame added an exotic touch, and the fancy cherry on top took the shape (and delicate taste) of pine nuts.
