Dried chickpeas are quite long shelf life! However, you should make sure that they are hermetically sealed and a cool and dry place! In the unopened original packaging, the chickpeas last at least 18 months!

How do I prepare the chickpeas from KoRo?

You should first soak the chickpeas for 12 hours, preferably overnight. The next day, dispose of the soaking water, rinse them briefly and you're ready to go. To do this, put the chickpeas in hot salted water and boil them for about 90 minutes.
