Carrot cake bliss balls

Carro cake bliss balls: a raw, vegan and gluten free for juicy sweet carrot cake bites!

100 Carrot
6 Units Medjool dates
40 Walnuts
30 Oats
20 ground almonds
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
0.5 Tsp. Orange peel
0 to taste Maple syrup
50 Grated coconut
  • Step 1/2

    Grate the carrots and blend them with the walnuts, oats and other ingredients (except the grated coconut) in a mixer until smooth.

  • Step 2/2

    Form the mixture into small balls, roll them in the grated coconut and put in the refrigerator for at least one hour. That's it!
