There are basically two ways how you can get to your homemade granola bar. Either you can bake the dough classically like a cookie, or you can opt for the "raw" version. Here, the ingredients remain raw and are only pureed in the mixer. The standard ingredients for granola bars are Dates and Oats. For fruit bars you can use dried fruits like Goji berries, Mulberries or Apple rings add - you are spoiled for choice here! As a true nut fan you should go for chopped Almond kernels or Cashews not do without. The exact preparation you can in one of our numerous muesli bar recipes take a closer look. The advantage of making muesli bars yourself is that you can freely choose the ingredients. Never again the disappointment when you have hoped for cocoa nibs and find none. You can simply replace the honey in some recipes with Agave syrup or coconut blossom syrup in some recipes. The result: a vegan granola bar with a difference! You want a bar with more protein? Then add some Protein powder and consume your bar after sports. Let your creativity run wild!
