What is special about the Nutcracker Walnut Fig?

In the Nutcracker we combine the best of two worlds: a nutty component from walnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds and puffed millet and a fruity note from dried figs. Add to that a subtle hint of cinnamon and wham - you've got a vegan and lactose-free snack on your hands in no time! Instead of refined sugar, we sweeten our bars with rice syrup and agave syrup. They are a source of fiber, deliciously crunchy and great for on the go!
