Since we use highly dehydrated and concentrated organic spinach powder, 3% is a balanced amount that provides the typical green color and vegetable content without overpowering the palate with an excessively bitter or grassy taste. To create the bar’s soft texture and ensure a pleasant, balanced flavor, we use fruit (such as pineapple and dates) as a base, which inevitably stands out as the dominant flavor.
