Yesss, alle Zutaten in unserem Chili-Nussmix sind rein pflanzlich. Daher ist der Snack für die vegane Ernährung geeignet.
Das ist ganz Dir überlassen! Egal ob unterwegs, während einer Klausur oder als Nascherei am Abend – wir knabbern unseren Chili-Nussmix am liebsten pur. Du kannst damit aber natürlich auch Salate toppen oder mit ihm anstelle von Croûtons Suppen verfeinern. Deiner Kreativität sind da keine Grenzen gesetzt!
Am besten lagerst Du den Nussmix an einem kühlen, trockenen und dunklen Ort. Nach dem Öffnen empfiehlt es sich zudem, den Snack in einem luftdichten Behälter, wie unserem Ball Mason Jar, aufzubewahren. In der ungeöffneten Verpackung ist der Nussmix mindestens 12 Monate haltbar.
Mit 5,6 g Ballaststoffen auf 100 g ist der Chili-Nussmix eine Ballaststoffquelle.
100 g von unserer Nussmischung enthalten 539 kcal. Pro Portion à 50 g sind das 269,5 kcal. Alle Nährwerte haben wir Dir auch auf Deiner Produktverpackung und in der Tabelle neben bzw. unter der Produktbeschreibung aufgelistet.
Klaro! Dafür schnappst Du Dir eine Dose Mais, wäscht die Maiskörner ab und tupfst sie gut trocken. Dann gibst Du eine ganze Menge Gewürze wie Knoblauch-, Paprika- und Chilipulver sowie Salz und Öl dazu und röstest die Maiskörner bei 200 Grad für 25 Minuten im Ofen. Falls Dir das, wenn Du einfach schnell was snacken möchtest, zu viel ist, haben wir gerösteten Mais und unseren Chili-Nussmix mit gerösteten und gewürzten Erdnusskernen, Maiskörnern und Cashewkernen ready im Shop für Dich.
