Our Team
The KoRo team includes over 300 people. Most of us work from our Berlin HQ, but many also work remotely. You’ll find us in meetings, at photo shoots, at trade fairs – and of course behind our laptops. No matter where we’re working, snacks are always close by.
What never changes? Our fast-paced environment, laid-back team culture, hands-on attitude, and drive to create innovative new foods.

FAQ
Your CV is essential. No need for a photo (unless you’d like to include one). Extra documents like cover letters or certificates depend on the job posting. If we need anything else, we’ll reach out.
Once you’ve submitted your application through our careers page, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. We usually get back to you within 10 days.
Voluntary internships typically last three months. Mandatory student internships may last longer, depending on your university’s requirements. Please note in your application whether it’s voluntary or mandatory.
Writing a thesis with us depends on the capacity of the relevant team. Send a short email with your idea before applying: recruiting@korodrogerie.de. Please note: KoRo is not currently available as a dual study partner.
