Unfortunately, freeze-dried fruit can occasionally have such hard spots, especially in larger quantities. We will definitely take your feedback on board and look into this internally. Perhaps using it in yogurt or smoothies would be an alternative for you? 💛

I will try whether I like it better in powder form in yoghurt than dry in one piece.
