Unlike white rice flour, which is mostly made from white long grain rice, or our organic whole grain rice flour made from brown rice, our glutinous rice flour is made from 100% white glutinous rice. This means that when heated, it also develops its well-known sticky consistency - unlike other flours.

How should I store the rice flour and how long does it hold?

Like all types of flour, you should store glutinous rice flour in a dry, cool place away from light. This way it will retain the high quality you are used to from KoRo. Under optimal storage conditions, sticky rice flour will keep for at least 12 months from the date of production in its original, unopened packaging.
