Warum hat der Golden Drink einen so hohen Zuckergehalt?

Unser Golden Drink enthält von Natur aus Zucker – zugesetzt wird nichts! Durch das Trocknen verlieren die Gewürze Wasser, wodurch sich die Nährwerte pro 100 g konzentrieren. Ein Beispiel: Roher Kurkuma hat vielleicht 5 g Kohlenhydrate auf 100 g, nach dem Trocknen sind es plötzlich 50 g. So kommen die 56 g Zucker in unserer Golden-Milk-Gewürzmischung zustande. Für einen Drink brauchst Du nur eine kleine Menge – der Zuckergehalt pro Portion bleibt also überschaubar.
