How is the pumpkin seed protein produced?

For our pumpkin seed protein we use only pumpkin seeds from organic farming. First, the originally white seeds are roasted and salted, which is why the later powder also has a greenish color. Then the oil of the seeds is extracted and used for the production of edible oils. Without the oil, only the proteins and carbohydrates of the kernel remain. These are dried again and ground - the pumpkin seed protein powder is ready!
