Everyone in Germany is already talking about them and now they are making their way to your home. Soya granules is, like the name suggests, a soya based meat substitute. The soya bean is getting washed, peeled and afterwards grounded into flour. Afterwards the oil is pressed out of the flour, so the actual oil content is under 5%. Through extrusion the soy granules is getting its shape and form.
At first sight it may remind you of minced meat, but that's just your brain playing tricks with you, because it definitely is 100% soya. So go on, take your bolognese to the next level, spread them over your salad or muesli. There are really no limits for the usage of our soya granules. And make sure to try out the bigger form (soya slices) as well.

Unser Soja-Geschnetzeltes ist vegan, bio und in der praktischen 1Β kg-Vorteilspackung erhΓ€ltlich. Als feines Geschnetzeltes sind die StΓΌckchen kleiner und zarter als bei unserem groben Soja-Geschnetzeltem.
Die Zubereitung ist denkbar simpel: Das Soja-Geschnetzelte einfach mit lauwarmen Wasser, GemΓΌsebrΓΌhe und GewΓΌrzen ΓΌbergieΓen und 5β10Β Minuten ziehen lassen. Dann wie Hackfleisch weiterverarbeiten.
Wie der Name schon sagt, ist die einzige Zutat die Sojabohne. Die Sojabohnen werden zuerst gewaschen, geschΓ€lt und daraufhin zu Sojamehl gemahlen. Das Mehl wird anschlieΓend gepresst und damit entΓΆlt. So sinkt der Γlgehalt auf 5Β %. Das entfettete Sojamehl wird anschlieΓend durch ein bestimmtes Pressverfahren in die entsprechende Form gebracht β fertig!
