The product should be stored in optimal conditions, which means in a cool and dry place, protected from light. In their unopened original packaging, our organic soy strips keep for at least 18 months from the date of production.

It is very easy to prepare these soy strips: simply pour hot water or vegetable broth over them and let them soak for ten to fifteen minutes. After having strained them and squeezed the liquid out of them, you can fry the soy strips in a pan with a little oil and the spices of your choice – and voilà! Your soy strips are ready to be combined with a salad or a wrap, or to refine your any dish.
